· Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of recent and consistent support to C-level Executives and Senior Management.
· Strong knowledge on Mobile Device Management and supporting mobile devices
· SME in Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems
· Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite Products/ Office 365
· Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to articulate complex IT issues to customers in a non-technical way
· Demonstrates ability to follow and create operational procedures
· Must possesses excellent customer service skills
